Client Vitals.

Ramya (Name Changed), Female, 40 years.

Hypnosis score: 4.

V-A-K : 5-5-5.

Eye roll : 3.

History taking time: 5 pm to 6 pm.

The client is from a middle-class family. She had a decent childhood. From childhood, she didn’t have any interest in life. But she doesn't know the reason why she feels like that. In college days, she was in love with a friend. But, her parents forcefully did her marriage with some other guy. It's 15 years since she got married. She is living with her husband only for the sake of their parents and society. She is in depression from the marriage. Now, she is suffering from gynaecology issues (continues bleeding). She doesn’t have kids. She wants to know.

1. Reason for her health issue.

2. No children.

3. Why she couldn't marry the person whom she loved. 4. Why she couldn't continue her studies.

Pain level before session: 80%

Session time: 6 pm - 7 pm.

The session started with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, ball of light, followed by the garden.

Here T is the Therapist and C is the Client.

T - Look all around? What are you aware of?

The client couldn't regress. We continued the sessions for another 2 days. But, she couldn't get regressed. So, I suggested to her, let's do sessions for her husband. If he can regress, then we can address his issues, if any, and we can also try to use him as a medium to learn about her issues. The client agreed and convinced her husband for the sessions. We scheduled the session for Sep 19th to address only her health issues and why they don't have kids.

Date: Sep 19th, 2024. 5 pm.

Client Vitals.

PRASNNA, Male, 46 years.

Hypnosis score: 7.

V-A-K : 2-5-8.

Eye roll: 2.

History taking: The client is from a middle-class family. He had a decent childhood. Now he is working. He feels that he is not finding a job of his calibre. Due to his wife`s health issues, he is not able to save money. No kids, peace, and happiness. He is also suffering from back pain. So, we decided to address the following issues.

1. Wife's health issues. 2. Back pain. 3. No children. 4. No progress at work. 5. Stress from the last 15 years, because of my wife's health issues, no peace and not being able to save money.

Session 1, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The session started with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, ball of light, followed by the garden.

T - Look all around? What are you aware of?

C - I am in the garden.

T - Look at yourself from the feet up to your face. How is your appearance there?

C - I can’t see myself clearly. But, I feel I am tall and fair.

(The client experienced everything with blurred visions and got most of the answers by the thoughts.)

T - Go to your home for dinner time and look all around. Who is there at your home? What comes to your mind?

C - It’s a wooden house. I feel that my parents and my sister are there. The pictures are not clear. I can’t see them clearly.

(He couldn’t gather much information about his family.)

T - Go to a significant event to know more about that life.

C - It’s dark, and I am alone. I am in the forest. I am scared.

T - Why are you in the forest?

C - Don`t know.

(The client couldn`t gather any information.)

T - Is that fear bothering you in this life?

C - Maybe. I am not sure.

T - Now go to another significant event of that life.

C - I am in a car, sitting in the back seat. The road is not good. The driver is driving the car too fast. I am jumping up and down. Not able to sit properly. My back is hurting. I am shouting at him. But, he is not listening to me.

T - Look at yourself. Look at the driver, car, and number plate. What do you see, and what do you feel? No need to judge? Whatever comes, let it come. Can you recognize the driver?

C - I can't see myself clearly. The driver looks like an African. Can't recognize him. The car is blue. Can`t see the number.

T - What are you carrying from there to here?

C - I think my back pain.

T - Now go to another significant event of that life.

(The client couldn`t experience anything.)

T - Would you like to release what all you are carrying from there to here?

C - Yes.

T - Now, visualize and feel. The fear, back pain, and other issues that you are carrying from there to here are going out of your mind and body in the form of smoke.

C - I could see and feel that the grey smoke was going out of my head and back.

T - Now pray to the divine light to fill all the gaps in your mind and body with happiness, health, strength…

C - White light is healing me.

After this, the client couldn`t experience anything. So, I ended the session. And suggested that they take a couple of more sessions.

Session 2 - Sep 22nd, 2024. 7 pm to 8 pm.

The session started with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, ball of light, followed by the garden.

T - Where are you?

C - Garden.

T - Look at yourself. And look all around. What are you aware of?

C - I am wearing brown sandals. Muddy trousers. Many random people.

T - Now, go to a significant event to know why you are not able to progress at work.

C - 60 year old lady is sitting in front of a hut. Looking at her, I feel that I have troubled her.

T - Allow yourself to know in detail.

C - I am 15 years old boy. And that lady is around 45 years old. I think she prepares and sells pots. I broke so many pots that belonged to her.

T - Why did you do that? What did she do to you?

C - I don`t know why I behaved like that. She is cursing me.

T - Is that curse influencing you in this life?

C - I think so, Maybe that`s why I am not able to progress at work.

T - Would you like to apologize to her?

C - Yes.

T - Talk to her? Tell her, “For whatever you did in that life, you are feeling sorry for that.” And you have already suffered in this life and learned your lesson. So, ask her to release you from her curse?

C - She agreed and released me.

T - Thank her. And go to another significant event of that life?

C - Can`t see or feel anything.

T - Now, come back to the garden. And look all around? What are you aware of?

C - Someone is here. I feel he is a gardener.

T - Look at him. What are your feelings towards him?

C - I feel some connection. But, I don’t know what it is.

T - Talk to him. Ask him to help you to know the reason why your couple don’t have a child.

C - He is going somewhere. I feel like he is asking me to follow him.

T - Follow him. You are completely safe and protected. Nothing to worry about.

C - He is taking me somewhere. We reached a pond. He is telling me to search here. I feel like he is asking me to go into the pond. What will I find here?

T - Don`t judge anything. Keep watching and concentrate on your other senses. What are you aware of?

C - There is a door in the pond. Half of that door is in the water, and the other half is above the water. I feel it`s like a portal to some other place. And he is asking me to open the door and go to the other side.

T - You are completely safe and protected. Nothing to worry about. The water in that pond is only up to your waist. Slowly go into the pond and open the door. And go to the other side.

C - I am opening the door. And reached the other side. Sir, I came to my childhood home that is in my village. I was supposed to go to one of my past life, right?

T - It`s ok. Go inside your house. And see who all are there?

C - My aunt is there. She had died 40 years ago. I was a kid then. I am scared to see her. She is sitting alone. She is wearing a thick green saree.

T - Don`t get scared. You are safe and protected. Talk to her. Ask her what she knows about you.

C - I feel there is some connection. Even she didn`t have kids. She is telling me “We have an ancestral curse. In their generation, she suffered. And in my generation, I am suffering. You are the one who can heal our family.”
How can I heal?

T - Ask her to take you to the root cause.

C - Even she doesn`t know the root cause. But, she is telling me, “You can do it. You can do it.” What will I do? She is behind me.

T - Pray to your ancestors to appear and help you to find the root cause.

C - Now, I could feel the presence of my ancestors.

T - How many are there? Ask them to help you.

C - Four of my ancestors are here. Can`t see them clearly. I reached a house. It’s a small house. Three ladies are chatting.

T - Can you recognize them?

C - I feel one lady is my wife. Can't recognize the other two ladies. They are mother and daughter. The daughter is about to deliver a baby. My wife is helping them. I feel something went wrong. The newborn baby is dead. Those two ladies are blaming my wife and cursing my wife. That's the reason my wife is suffering from a gynaecology problem, and that's why we don't have a child.

(I called the client`s wife into the studio. And explained everything. Then I asked her, “Would you like to resolve this issue ?” She said, yes, and apologized to mother and daughter.)

C - Even I am asking them for forgiveness. I am requesting them. And convincing them. They were both convinced. And they are saying, “We know it's not your wife's fault. But, in that pain of losing the baby, we cursed her. Now, we are releasing her from our curse.”

T - Thank them and feel gratitude.

C - My aunt is telling me this is not the ancestral curse. Still, there is something else. You have to heal that also.

T - Now, go to the root cause of your sufferings and ancestral curse. Ask your ancestors and your aunt to help you to reach that root.

C - I see a big banyan tree. Someone is sleeping under the tree. He is smiling at me. He is telling me, “I know, one day you will come in search of me.”

T - Can you recognize him? Ask him what he knows about you.

C - I can’t recognize him. He is not replying to me.

T - Please him. Request him to show you the root cause.

C - I am at a river bank. No one is here. I am alone.

T - How is your appearance there?

C - I look the same as now. One small boat is coming.

T - Can you see or feel anybody in that boat?

C - Only a sailor is there in that boat.

T - Ask him to take you to the root cause of the ancestral curse. And can you recognize him?

C - Can't recognize him. He is taking me to the other side of this river. I reached the other side. Only trees and greenery all around. Can't see anyone here.

T - Keep walking. There is no need to judge anything. Slowly, you will reach that place/significant event.

C - I reached graves. Four graves are there. I feel that I have killed a family of four, and these graves belong to them.

T - Now, pray to those souls/minds to appear. And ask them to forgive you for killing them. And ask them to release you and your family from their curses.

C - They are not forgiving me.

T - Tell them you and your family have suffered a lot and learned your lessons.

C - They are not convinced.

T - Tell them you will pray for their souls’ liberation.

C - They said ok. And they released me and my family from their curses.

T - Now, ask your aunt and your ancestors, is there anything else you have to heal.

C - They said no. And they are hugging me.

T - Thank them and feel gratitude. Is there anything else you would like to know?

C - No. Now, they are going.
