Nagendra sir's approach is unique and effective. He spends enough time to understand the issue and its root cause, He doesn't rush and pays complete attention and gives a very different insight to how mind works and can we heal past traumas. I understood how much inner child healing is needed for us to live our best life from him, there was a sense of satisfaction in me after meeting him and having my PLR session. I understood the root cause for my anxiety and negative thought cycle. He is super caring, very thoughtful, addresses the root cause, highly professional and empathetic. I really appreciate how he spent good amount of time understanding the issue , not rushing to a stringent 1 hour session or time based session, unlike other psychiatrists.
